In a youth meeting held on August 1st, 2023, at the Arua City premises, Mr. Innocent Iguma, the secretary for the International Youth Celebration, disclosed the financial challenge faced by the council. They require over 33 million shillings to organize a successful event but currently have limited funds in their treasury.
